Diamond Product Solutions has developed a process for making thin diamond plates.  These can be single crystal or poly-crystal diamond plates.

Thickness :                        100 micron

Thickness-tolerance :         +/- 5 micron ( in reality < +/- 2  micron )

Paralellisme :                    <  1 micron  ( 3x3 mm  -  5x5 mm)

Flatness :                          < 0,5 micron  ( 3x3 mm  -  5x5mm)

Smoothness :                    < 1 nm Ra

Surface-structure :             No pits, scratches etc.

These plates can be used for different detector applications.
